Meet The Appraiser

Christopher N Bollinger

I am the owner of Bollinger's Appraisal Services and the co-owner of the Fayetteville franchise, Weichert, Realtors-The Bollinger Group.

As a former building contractor, I am able to recognize potentially defective items that should be reviewed by professionals in various trades. I have served the Central New York community with residential appraisals for over 30+ years.

My industry exposure has averaged over 250(+/-) appraisals a year and over 9,000 properties in my Real Estate career.

I've been assisting buyers and sellers to make informed decisions regarding structure, property values, financial feasibility and personal needs for years. I have also served as an expert witness and testified in court numerous times for cases requiring appraisal expertise.
